Position: Guest Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Guest Service team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service at all guest touchpoints.
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling any concerns or special requests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Train and develop Guest Service Agents to meet and exceed brand standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and personalized guest journey.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Front Office of a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and guest recovery abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of front office procedures and property management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Fluent in English.
