Position: Guest Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Guest Service team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service at all guest touchpoints.
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling any concerns or special requests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Train and develop Guest Service Agents to meet and exceed brand standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and personalized guest journey.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Front Office of a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and guest recovery abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of front office procedures and property management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Fluent in English.
