Position: Pacific Club Ambassador
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exclusive and personalized level of service to guests of the Pacific Club Lounge.
- Manage all aspects of the club lounge experience, including check-in/out, concierge services, and F&B service.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of club guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
- Maintain the elegant ambiance and high standards of the Pacific Club Lounge.
- Build strong relationships with frequent and VIP guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a club lounge, guest relations, or similar role in a luxury hotel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polished, professional, and gracious demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local attractions and fine dining.
