Position: Pacific Club Ambassador

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exclusive and personalized level of service to guests of the Pacific Club Lounge.
• Manage all aspects of the club lounge experience, including check-in/out, concierge services, and F&B service.
• Anticipate and respond to the needs of club guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
• Maintain the elegant ambiance and high standards of the Pacific Club Lounge.
• Build strong relationships with frequent and VIP guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a club lounge, guest relations, or similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional, and gracious demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of local attractions and fine dining.
