Position: Laundry Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations of the laundry department, including guest laundry and hotel linen.
• Manage, train, and schedule the laundry team to ensure efficiency and high quality standards.
• Implement and control the departmental budget, managing expenses, chemical costs, and supplies.
• Ensure all laundry equipment is properly maintained, operated safely, and serviced.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the laundry area.
• Handle guest feedback and requests related to laundry services promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a laundry management role within a 5 star resort.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• In depth knowledge of laundry operations, machinery, chemicals, and linen management.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in English both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Familiar with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
