Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect the work of room attendants and public area attendants.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
- Train and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Manage room assignments, lost and found procedures, and supply inventory.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
- Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
