Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly for quality control
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in daily operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good command of English
