Position: IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all hotel IT systems, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of key hospitality systems (PMS, POS, PABX).
• Provide technical support and guidance to all hotel departments.
• Ensure data security, network integrity, and system backups.
• Manage the IT budget, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) is essential.
• Strong expertise in network administration, server management, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and user support abilities.
• Experience in a 5 star hotel environment is preferred.
