Position: IT Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level technical support for all hotel staff (hardware, software, network).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in maintaining the hotel’s network and server infrastructure.
• Support users with hospitality applications (PMS, POS).
• Maintain an inventory of all IT assets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with hotel systems (PMS, POS) is a strong advantage.
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
• Eager to learn and able to work in a team.
