Position: Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire accounting function, including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage the annual budget process, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
- Lead and develop the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
- Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
- Familiar with Power Pro System.
- Strong knowledge of USALI and hotel accounting principles.
