Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the front desk team, including receptionists and guest service agents.
• Manage daily operations such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest billing.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor front office staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing room inventory and maximizing occupancy.

Qualifications:

• Minimal 1 year experiences in the same position from hotel industry
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, team player, and love to work with passion
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent command in English, both written and oral
• Familiar with PowerPro System
• Priority will be given to candidate who are available to join immediately
