Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, events, and F&B.
• Identify and solicit new business opportunities from corporate, government, and travel agent segments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Conduct site inspections and client entertainment.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and sales missions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
