Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hotel industry, preferably in Semarang
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
  • Good understanding of corporate and MICE segments
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
