Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hotel industry, preferably in Semarang
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
- Good understanding of corporate and MICE segments
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
