Position: Sales Manager
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
