Position: Senior Sales Manager
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and corporate clients to ensure retention.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and hotel revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
