Position: BAR Manager (Sky Garden/Magnolia Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bar operations at Sky Garden/Magnolia Restaurant.
• Develop beverage, cocktail, and wine menus.
• Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
• Manage beverage inventory, control costs, and place orders.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol licensing regulations.
• Create a positive guest experience in the bar area.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years experience in similar position
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality
• Able to work individually and team
• Able to join immediately
• Strong mixology skills and in-depth wine knowledge.
• Proven inventory management abilities.
