Position: CDP (Sky Garden/Magnolia Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

• Run the assigned kitchen section (station).
• Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes.
• Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis.
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Assist with inventory and ingredient ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and HACCP standards at the workstation.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years experience in similar position (or 2 years as Demi Chef)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality
• Able to work individually and team
• Able to join immediately
• Strong culinary skills in the specific section.
• Understand food safety standards (HACCP).
