Position: Demi Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CDP in food preparation and production.
• Prepare ingredients (mise en place) for the station.
• Cook dishes according to instructions and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Assist in supervising Commis Chefs.
• Ensure stock rotation and proper storage.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years experience in similar position (or 1-2 years as Commis 1)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality
• Able to work individually and team
• Able to join immediately
• Good basic cooking skills.
• Understand the basics of food safety.
