Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, including CDPs and Commis.
• Ensure high quality food preparation, consistency, and presentation across all outlets.
• Manage inventory, food costing, and ordering for assigned kitchen sections.
• Develop new menu items and specials in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player
• Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in kitchen management, including cost control.
• Creative and passionate about food.
