Position: CDP Kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., hot kitchen, garde manger).
• Prepare and cook dishes according to the resort’s standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Train and supervise Commis Chefs working in the section.
• Ensure the workstation is kept clean, hygienic, and organized.
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and ordering supplies for the section.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position (CDP or Demi Chef) at a hotel or resort
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player
• Strong culinary skills in the specific kitchen section.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
