Position: CDP Pastry

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the pastry and bakery section.
• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and bread according to recipes.
• Train and supervise Commis Chefs in the pastry section.
• Ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Assist with inventory, ordering of pastry supplies, and cost control.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in the pastry kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position (CDP Pastry or Demi Chef Pastry) at a hotel or resort
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player
• Strong skills in pastry, baking, and dessert making.
• Creative and passionate about pastry arts.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
