Position: Commis (Local)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook Indonesian (Local) dishes.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in the Indonesian cuisine station.
• Ensure consistency in food taste and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and HACCP standards at the workstation.
• Manage ingredient stock and perform mise en place.
• Follow standard recipes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis, specializing in Indonesian cuisine.
• Passion and expertise in local culinary.
• Culinary school graduate is a plus.
• Able to work in a team in a busy environment.
• Understand cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Disciplined and willing to learn.
• Positive work attitude.
