Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s operations during the assigned shift, acting as the Manager on Duty.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure timely and effective service recovery.
• Support and supervise the Front Office team, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain service, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Having experience in the same field for at least one years.
• Have good leadership and result oriented.
• Highly motivated, energetic with a winning personality.
• Good communication skill and Positive attitude.
• Familiar with hotel system.
• Proven experience in Front Office operations with strong problem_solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
