Position: Banquet Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Lead, train, and schedule the banquet service team to ensure high_quality service delivery.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Kitchen, and AV teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Maintain inventory of all banquet equipment, linen, and supplies.
• Ensure all event specifications from the Banquet Event Order (BEO) are met.

Qualifications:

• Having experience in the same field for at least one years.
• Have good leadership and result oriented.
• Highly motivated, energetic with a winning personality.
• Good communication skill and Positive attitude.
• Familiar with hotel system.
• Strong organizational and event management skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and high_pressure events.
