Position: Purchasing

Responsibilities:

• Manage all hotel procurement processes, from sourcing to delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost_effectiveness and quality.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records using the VHP system.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to anticipate needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing procedure, supplier management and cost control principle.
• Familiar with VHP system.
• High attention to detail, integrity and accuracy in procurement process.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain strong vendor relationship.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
