Position: Purchasing
Responsibilities:
- Manage all hotel procurement processes, from sourcing to delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost_effectiveness and quality.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records using the VHP system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to anticipate needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedure, supplier management and cost control principle.
- Familiar with VHP system.
- High attention to detail, integrity and accuracy in procurement process.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain strong vendor relationship.
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
