Position: Marketing Communication Manager

Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling brand stories that reflect the essence of luxury and authenticity across Banyan Tree Bintan, HOMM Laguna Bintan, and Cassia Bintan.
• Lead the creative direction for all marketing materials, from digital campaigns to on_property collaterals.
• Develop engaging visual content, social media narratives, and storytelling_driven campaigns that connect emotionally with our guests.
• Collaborate with Sales, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure consistent brand presence and tone of voice.
• Manage photoshoots, media relations, and influencer collaborations to strengthen brand visibility in key markets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Luxury Hospitality, Premium Lifestyle, or High_End Travel Brands.
• Strong background in creative storytelling, content creation, and visual design.
• Excellent sense of branding, design aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into creative concepts that inspire.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
• A collaborative spirit and passion for luxury experiences that go beyond the ordinary.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional narrative skills.
