Position: Assistant FB Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Proactively solicit and manage sales for the hotel’s F&B outlets and small events.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community groups to drive group dining.
• Create and promote F&B packages and promotions.
• Assist guests with group bookings and event planning for the restaurants.
• Work closely with the restaurant managers and marketing team to achieve F&B revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B sales, restaurant sales, or hotel sales with an F&B focus.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations and products.
• Proactive, outgoing, and results oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good network of local contacts in Jakarta.
• Creative and able to develop appealing promotions.
• Fluent in English.
