Position: Guest Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Guest Service/Front Office operations.
• Ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Handle escalated guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Train, mentor, and supervise Front Office staff, including receptionists and concierges.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented.
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
• Strong leadership and problem_solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
