Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during the assigned shift, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Handle escalated guest complaints, inquiries, and emergencies with professionalism.
- Support and supervise the Front Office team, ensuring smooth check_in/check_out.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
- Conduct property walk_throughs to ensure safety, security, and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
- Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
- Familiar with VHP system.
- Well_groomed and good personality.
- Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
- Strong leadership and problem_solving skills.
