Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hotel operations during the assigned shift, acting as the Manager on Duty.
  • Handle escalated guest complaints, inquiries, and emergencies with professionalism.
  • Support and supervise the Front Office team, ensuring smooth check_in/check_out.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct property walk_throughs to ensure safety, security, and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
  • Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
  • Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
  • Familiar with VHP system.
  • Well_groomed and good personality.
  • Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
  • Strong leadership and problem_solving skills.
