Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Front Desk team, ensuring smooth check_in, check_out, and guest service.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in daily operations and staff training.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage room assignments, reservations, and special guest requests.
  • Perform shift closing and reporting duties.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
  • Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented.
  • Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
  • Proven experience in a Front Office supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Ability to handle high_pressure situations.
