Position: Purchasing (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing department with daily procurement tasks.
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders using the VHP system.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.
- Inspect and verify received goods against invoices and purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- Experienced as the same role for min 1. years.
- Familiar with VHP System (Purchasing).
- Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of procurement processes and cost control.
