Position: Purchasing (DW)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchasing department with daily procurement tasks.
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders using the VHP system.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.
• Inspect and verify received goods against invoices and purchase orders.

Qualifications:

• Experienced as the same role for min 1. years.
• Familiar with VHP System (Purchasing).
• Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of procurement processes and cost control.
