Position: Cluster Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Proactively solicit and manage large group and catering related opportunities.
• Actively upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue.
• Achieve personal and team related revenue goals.
• Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, and FAM trips.
• Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related professional area.
• Alternatively, a 2 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
• Strong negotiating skills and creative selling abilities.
• Proven ability to develop effective sales plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with off property sales channels.
• Must be results driven and customer focused.
