Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the sales department, setting strategies to maximize revenue.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-opening sales plan targeting key market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales in a 5 star luxury resort.
• Pre-opening experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high performing sales team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• In depth knowledge of the Bali luxury market and international feeder markets.
• Strategic thinker with a results driven mindset.
• Fluent in English.
