JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a luxurious pre-opening property, estimated to open in Q2 2026. Located on a 2.8 hectare estate in the lush forests of Ubud, our resort will feature 100 exquisite guestrooms, suites, and villas, specialty dining, and world class wellness facilities. We are now building our foundational team and offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud for dedicated professionals.

Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the sales department, setting strategies to maximize revenue.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-opening sales plan targeting key market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales in a 5 star luxury resort.
- Pre-opening experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high performing sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- In depth knowledge of the Bali luxury market and international feeder markets.
- Strategic thinker with a results driven mindset.
- Fluent in English.
