Position: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bar, banquet, and in room dining.
- Drive service excellence and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Help manage the F&B budget, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Lead and develop the F&B service team, focusing on training and engagement.
- Develop and implement new F&B concepts and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in F&B management, preferably as a senior Outlet Manager or F&B Manager in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In depth knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
- Proven track record of improving service standards and financial results.
- Creative and passionate about food and beverage trends.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Fluent in English.
