Position: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bar, banquet, and in room dining.
• Drive service excellence and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Help manage the F&B budget, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Lead and develop the F&B service team, focusing on training and engagement.
• Develop and implement new F&B concepts and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in F&B management, preferably as a senior Outlet Manager or F&B Manager in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In depth knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
• Proven track record of improving service standards and financial results.
• Creative and passionate about food and beverage trends.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Fluent in English.
