Position: Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of a designated F&B outlet (restaurant or bar).
• Ensure the team delivers high quality service and adheres to brand standards.
• Drive revenue, manage outlet P&L, and control costs.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and schedule the outlet service team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service, operations, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Guest oriented with a passion for service excellence.
• Good financial understanding.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
