Position: Al Nafoura Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Al Nafoura, the hotel’s signature Middle Eastern restaurant.
• Ensure the delivery of an authentic and exceptional dining experience.
• Lead the restaurant team, focusing on service standards and product knowledge.
• Drive restaurant revenue through promotions, upselling, and guest relationship management.
• Manage the restaurant’s P&L, inventory, and operational budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end specialty restaurant.
• Knowledge or experience with Middle Eastern cuisine and culture is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Passionate about service and creating unique guest experiences.
• Excellent financial and operational management skills.
• Charismatic and able to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Fluent in English.
