Position: Al Nafoura Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Al Nafoura, the hotel’s signature Middle Eastern restaurant.
- Ensure the delivery of an authentic and exceptional dining experience.
- Lead the restaurant team, focusing on service standards and product knowledge.
- Drive restaurant revenue through promotions, upselling, and guest relationship management.
- Manage the restaurant’s P&L, inventory, and operational budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end specialty restaurant.
- Knowledge or experience with Middle Eastern cuisine and culture is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Passionate about service and creating unique guest experiences.
- Excellent financial and operational management skills.
- Charismatic and able to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Fluent in English.
