Position: Supervisor No Na Ma Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the No Na Ma Restaurant during a shift.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in training and leading the service team.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues on the spot.
- Oversee side duties, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Captain in a 5 star hotel restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Problem solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Experience in a Japanese restaurant is a plus.
- Good command of English.
