Position: Supervisor No Na Ma Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the No Na Ma Restaurant during a shift.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in training and leading the service team.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues on the spot.
• Oversee side duties, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Captain in a 5 star hotel restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Problem solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Experience in a Japanese restaurant is a plus.
• Good command of English.
