Position: Guest Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Front Desk and Guest Service operations, ensuring a smooth check in/check out process.
• Act as a Duty Manager, handling guest relations and resolving escalated issues.
• Lead, train, and mentor the Guest Service team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure all Marriott Bonvoy guest recognition programs are executed flawlessly.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Front Office leadership role (e.g., Assistant FOM, Guest Service Manager) in a 5 star hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of Front Office operations and PMS (Opera).
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
• Passionate about guest service and empowerment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fluent in English.
