Position: At Your Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the “At Your Service” (AYS) department, the hotel’s centralized guest request and communication center.
• Ensure all guest requests (via phone or app) are handled promptly and accurately.
• Train and supervise AYS agents to deliver personalized and efficient service.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) to fulfill requests.
• Analyze call data and guest feedback to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a guest service leadership role, such as AYS Manager, Call Center Manager, or AFOM.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service flow.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment.
• Proficient in hotel PMS and communication systems.
• Customer centric with exceptional problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
