Position: Club Lounge Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring an exclusive and premium experience for VIP guests.
- Lead the Club Lounge team, including supervisors and attendants.
- Oversee F&B presentations, service, and lounge ambiance.
- Personalize guest interactions and anticipate the needs of frequent travelers and VIPs.
- Handle check in/check out procedures and concierge services within the lounge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Club Lounge Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong background in both Front Office and F&B service.
- Exceptional guest relations and communication skills.
- Polished, professional, and able to lead by example.
- Detail oriented with high standards of service.
- Ability to build rapport with discerning guests.
- Fluent in English.
