Position: Club Lounge Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring an exclusive and premium experience for VIP guests.
  • Lead the Club Lounge team, including supervisors and attendants.
  • Oversee F&B presentations, service, and lounge ambiance.
  • Personalize guest interactions and anticipate the needs of frequent travelers and VIPs.
  • Handle check in/check out procedures and concierge services within the lounge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Club Lounge Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5 star hotel.
  • Strong background in both Front Office and F&B service.
  • Exceptional guest relations and communication skills.
  • Polished, professional, and able to lead by example.
  • Detail oriented with high standards of service.
  • Ability to build rapport with discerning guests.
  • Fluent in English.
