Position: Club Lounge Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Club Lounge team during a shift, ensuring seamless service.
• Assist the Club Lounge Manager with training and daily operations.
• Engage with guests, handle requests, and ensure all standards are met.
• Oversee the F&B setup, replenishment, and clearance in the lounge.
• Handle guest check ins/outs and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Supervisor or Senior Agent in a Club Lounge or Front Office.
• Strong guest service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Knowledge of F&B service and Front Office procedures.
• Good leadership and problem solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Proficient in PMS (Opera).
• Fluent in English.
