Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check in and check out procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area.
• Manage guest billing, payments, and cash floats accurately.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Promote the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS, preferably Opera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with a welcoming and positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash and payment transactions.
• Fluent in English.
