Position: Club Lounge Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to guests in the Executive Club Lounge.
• Assist with F&B service, including setup, replenishment of food and beverages, and clearance.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge at all times.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle any requests.
• Assist with check in/check out and concierge tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a guest facing role, either in F&B service or Front Office (e.g., F&B server, GSA).
• Experience in a Club Lounge is highly preferred.
• Polished, professional, and possesses strong communication skills.
• Passionate about providing high level guest service.
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English.
