Position: Sous Chef Pastry (25159735)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Pastry and Bakery operation for the resort.
• Create, develop, and execute a highquality, innovative pastry, dessert, and bread program.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the pastry and bakery team.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and artistic presentation of all pastry items.
• Manage inventory, ordering of pastry supplies, and control food costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with HACCP standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef Pastry or Head Pastry Chef in a 5star luxury resort.
• Strong creative and artistic skills in both classical and modern pastry, chocolate, and bakery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Strong understanding of food cost, budgeting, and inventory control.
• A formal culinary or pastry arts diploma is required.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
• Passionate about pastry and committed to excellence.
