Position: Recreation Manager (25139678)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and oversee all resort recreational activities, programs, and facilities (e.g., pools, fitness center, kids club).
• Create a diverse and engaging schedule of activities for guests of all ages, harnessing the “Flores Magic”.
• Lead, train, and manage the recreation team to ensure high standards of service and guest safety.
• Manage the recreation department budget, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure all recreational areas and equipment are safe, clean, and wellmaintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote recreational offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recreation Manager or Assistant Recreation Manager in a 5star luxury resort.
• Creative and passionate about developing unique and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and lifeguarding is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
