Position: Chef de Partie Elevated Indonesian Cuisine (25166172)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific station within the Elevated Indonesian Cuisine kitchen.
- Prepare and present highquality, consistent dishes according to the Sous Chef’s standards.
- Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis in your section.
- Ensure all food preparation meets strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef with inventory management, stock control, and ordering for the station.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5star hotel or highend restaurant.
- Specific culinary expertise in Indonesian cuisine and modern techniques.
- Good leadership and training skills.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work effectively in a highpressure, fastpaced environment.
- A diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
- A strong passion for Indonesian food and culinary innovation.
