Position: Chef de Partie Elevated Indonesian Cuisine (25166172)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific station within the Elevated Indonesian Cuisine kitchen.
• Prepare and present highquality, consistent dishes according to the Sous Chef’s standards.
• Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis in your section.
• Ensure all food preparation meets strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Assist the Sous Chef with inventory management, stock control, and ordering for the station.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5star hotel or highend restaurant.
• Specific culinary expertise in Indonesian cuisine and modern techniques.
• Good leadership and training skills.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work effectively in a highpressure, fastpaced environment.
• A diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
• A strong passion for Indonesian food and culinary innovation.
