Position: Spanish Jr. Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Spanish kitchen, focusing on authentic tapas, paella, and regional dishes.
- Support the culinary team in daily food preparation and service.
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all Spanish culinary offerings.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on Spanish cooking techniques.
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and hygiene standards for the section.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience and deep passion for authentic Spanish cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a specialty restaurant.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fine dining environment.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Creative and dedicated to culinary excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
- Formal culinary education is preferred.
