Position: Spanish Jr. Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the Spanish kitchen, focusing on authentic tapas, paella, and regional dishes.
• Support the culinary team in daily food preparation and service.
• Ensure high quality and consistency in all Spanish culinary offerings.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on Spanish cooking techniques.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and hygiene standards for the section.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience and deep passion for authentic Spanish cuisine.
• Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a specialty restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, fine dining environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Creative and dedicated to culinary excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
• Formal culinary education is preferred.
