Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and inspire all culinary operations across multiple outlets.
• Design and engineer innovative, high quality menus while effectively controlling food costs.
• Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and manage the performance of the entire culinary team.
• Oversee kitchen inventory, purchasing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a five star luxury resort.
• Exceptional culinary talent and creative menu engineering skills.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and administrative abilities.
• Expert knowledge of HACCP and all food safety regulations.
• Experience in managing large, diverse culinary teams and multiple kitchens.
• International culinary experience is highly preferred.
• Must thrive in a high pressure, pre opening environment.
