Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire all culinary operations across multiple outlets.
- Design and engineer innovative, high quality menus while effectively controlling food costs.
- Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and manage the performance of the entire culinary team.
- Oversee kitchen inventory, purchasing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a five star luxury resort.
- Exceptional culinary talent and creative menu engineering skills.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and administrative abilities.
- Expert knowledge of HACCP and all food safety regulations.
- Experience in managing large, diverse culinary teams and multiple kitchens.
- International culinary experience is highly preferred.
- Must thrive in a high pressure, pre opening environment.
