JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa
Located on a 2.8-hectare property, JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a pre-opening hotel featuring 100 rooms, including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The resort faces west, offering stunning sunset views and lush forest scenery. Dining options include an open kitchen and buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and pool bar. We are estimated to open in Q2 2026 and are offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud.
Our amenities include two meeting rooms, two pool areas, a fitness center, spa, and kid’s club. The resort is just a 5-minute drive from Jalan Raya Payangan and accessible to attractions like Payung Rafting Bali, Keliki Painting School, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and various cafes, restaurants, and temples in Ubud Town. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team and build rewarding hospitality careers in Bali.
Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the pre-opening planning and setup of all F&B outlets.
- Manage daily operations of all food and beverage venues to the highest standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the F&B service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement service standards, control costs, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Director in a luxury resort.
- Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining, bar operations, and banquet service.
- Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L and cost control.
- Fluent in English.
- Degree in Hospitality Management.
