Position: Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services for all hotel departments.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Monitor market trends and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policy and budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of suppliers and products, especially in the Labuan Bajo or Flores area.
• Proficient in purchasing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
