Position: IT Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to all hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and hotel-specific software (e.g., PMS).
• Manage network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all IT related problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree with relevan education background.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
• Good Communication.
• Positive attitude and outgoing person.
• Strong understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of network configuration, troubleshooting, and security.
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent support requests.
