Position: IT Specialist

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues for both guests and colleagues
• Familiarity with hotel specific systems such as PMS, POS, and keycard systems
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage IT projects and vendor relationships
• A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
